Shipping Policy

Free Shipping. We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Orders are typically processed the next business day. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. You’ll receive shipping updates during checkout and once your order ships.

Express Shipping. For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options. Details, including costs and estimated delivery times, will be provided at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, with additional shipping charges calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Returns Policy

Sleeping Dove 30-Night Sleep Guarantee

Each comforter is crafted with care using high-quality materials and our patent-pending Softwing Cooling System. We truly believe that once you try this comforter, you’ll love it as much as we do. That’s why we offer a 30-night trial from the day of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Sleeping Dove Comforter, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked. Your comfort and peace of mind mean everything to us.

Please note: Returns are available only within the United States (lower 48 states).

How to Initiate a Return

After giving your Sleeping Dove comforter up to 30 nights to fall in love with it, if you decide it’s not the right fit, simply email us at hello@SleepingDove.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return

We’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label — just print it, attach it to your package, and send it back.

Return Guidelines

To qualify for a full refund under our 30-night sleep trial:

  • We simply ask that your comforter is treated with reasonable care during the trial. Light signs of normal use are perfectly fine. If you notice any stains, tears, or damage, please let us know — we’ll review it together.
  • All original labels are attached.
  • It's returned in its original canvas bag and shipped in the original box (or similar box)

Gifts & Exchanges

Received a Sleeping Dove comforter as a gift? We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges. Just send us the order number or the name and email of the gift giver. Once located, we offer store credit (via digital gift card) or an exchange. Return shipping is not covered for gifts.

Need a different size or model? We allow exchanges, pending availability. If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit. Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges.

Processing & Refunds

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method or may opt for store credit toward a future purchase.
